Why work at Reviv
We're a small, intentional team at our Millbrae studio. The pace is purposeful rather than high-volume; consultations are unhurried; we don't reward or pressure providers to push procedures. Patients come to us specifically because of how the practice runs — that culture is the product.
If you've worked in higher-volume aesthetic settings and felt the pressure to upsell, undertreat, or rush, Reviv tends to feel like a corrective. If you've worked in clinical-only settings and found yourself drawn to aesthetics but want medical-grade screening and oversight, we're aligned.

Who we look for
For clinical roles (RN, LVN, esthetician):
- Active California license in good standing
- Prior aesthetic experience preferred but not required if you're committed to the work
- Demonstrated commitment to careful patient screening and conservative dosing/treatment philosophy
- Capability to work under medical direction with clear escalation
For administrative and front-desk roles:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Comfort with calendar management, EHR-style record systems, and basic case prep
- Discretion around patient information and HIPAA-compliant practice
- The judgment to triage thoughtfully — not every walk-in needs the same response
Across roles: candor, follow-through, and a real interest in working in a small team where individual choices matter to the practice's reputation.
