Booking & Consultations
How do I book a consultation?
Call us at (650) 697-3339 or fill out the form on our contact page. We respond to every inquiry directly within one business day — no automated phone trees, no third-party booking platforms.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Reviv is a cash-pay practice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. We discuss the full cost picture at consultation, with no surprise charges.
What does a consultation include?
Consultations are 30 to 45 minutes and unhurried. We review your goals, examine the relevant areas, screen for contraindications, and recommend a treatment plan that fits — or tell you honestly when a different approach is the right answer.
Are consultations free?
Most consultations are complimentary. Some specialty consultations (medically supervised weight loss, hyperbaric oxygen therapy) involve specific medical screening that may carry a fee. We disclose at booking.
What are your hours?
Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–3 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Treatments & Pricing
How is pricing structured?
Pricing varies by treatment. Botox is per unit. Dermal fillers are per syringe. Lasers and RF are per session, often with series-package discounts. Renewal Rituals have published flat pricing ($225 / $275 / $395 by ritual). We provide an exact quote at consultation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we partner with financing providers (CareCredit, Cherry) for treatments that benefit from installment payments. Discuss at consultation.
How often do I need to come back?
Depends on the treatment. Botox lasts 3–4 months; fillers 6–24 months; laser series typically 3–5 sessions plus annual maintenance; RF tightening series of 4–6 then maintenance every 12–18 months. Each procedure page covers cadence in detail.
Do you have any membership programs?
Yes — two. Our annual membership tiers is procedure-focused (Renew $99/yr, Reviv $299/yr) with discounts on most treatments. Our Ritual Club ($120/month) is specifically for monthly Renewal Rituals.
Provider Team
Who performs treatments?
Our 4-person team: Dr. Gayle Misle, MD (Founder & Medical Director); Megan Sosnick, RN (Practice Manager & Aesthetic Nurse); Hanadi Al Ramahi (Medical Aesthetician); Kelly Guevarra, LVN (Aesthetic Technician). Every treatment is performed under medical oversight.
Will I see the same provider every visit?
Whenever possible, yes. Continuity matters for treatment outcomes. We won't rotate providers between visits without your knowledge.
Are you board-certified?
Dr. Misle is a board-eligible physician (MD, California License G38840) with anesthesiology and pain medicine specialties. The full team is licensed under California credentialing for their respective scopes (RN, LVN, Esthetician).
Safety & Contraindications
What conditions exclude me from treatment?
Common contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, certain medications (isotretinoin, photosensitizers), bleeding disorders, and procedure-specific factors. We screen carefully at consultation. Each procedure page documents specific contraindications.
Is HIPAA followed?
Yes. Health information is protected under HIPAA. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for the full HIPAA notice.
How do you screen for cosmetic readiness?
We ask about expectations, history, motivations, and recent life events. We will decline or postpone procedures when we judge the timing or expectations don't fit — and tell you why.
