For patients in Brittan Acres, Devonshire, Howard Park, White Oaks, and the broader 94070 neighborhoods, El Camino Real itself is a viable direct route during heavy 101 traffic — it parallels the freeway and runs straight to our front door.
San Carlos patients also benefit from quick BART access via Millbrae Station for those preferring transit, and many combine appointments with errands at Caltrain or San Mateo proper before continuing north.
