ONDA Pro is a non-invasive body-contouring device that uses Coolwaves® — patented microwaves at 2.45 GHz — to do something most devices can't: address localized fat, cellulite, and skin laxity in a single modality. The energy bypasses the top layers of skin and is delivered mostly to the subcutaneous fat, where it disrupts fat-cell membranes while also warming the dermis to prompt new collagen.
Once treated, the disrupted fat is cleared by the lymphatic system over the following weeks, and the collagen response continues to firm the skin. The change is in your contour and skin quality, not on the scale — ONDA isn't a weight-loss tool. It's also needle-free and consumable-free: no injections, no incisions, no disposable applicators.
ONDA was developed by DEKA and brought to the U.S. market by Cartessa Aesthetics, which launched it in April 2026. It's one of the newest body-contouring options available in the country — and Reviv is among the first practices in the Bay Area to offer it.

ONDA Pro launched in the United States and Canada in April 2026. Most patients in the Bay Area haven't had a chance to try it yet — and only a small number of practices currently offer it. Reviv Med Spa is one of the early adopters.

Three handpieces, one mapped plan.
At your consultation we assess where the fat sits, whether cellulite or skin laxity is part of the picture, and what a realistic result looks like for your body. ONDA Pro's consumable-free design means there are no per-session applicator fees — we focus the plan on the areas that will actually benefit.
The system uses different handpieces tuned to different depths and goals:
- Deep handpiece localized fat
- Reaches the subcutaneous fat layer for diet-resistant pockets — abdomen, flanks, thighs, back.
- Superficial handpiece cellulite + laxity
- Works closer to the surface to target cellulite's connective tissue and firm crepey skin.
- Small handpiece refined areas
- For smaller, harder-to-reach areas with a lifting effect — including submental and jawline refinement.
During treatment the handpiece moves over the marked area and you feel a deep, even warmth — most patients find it comfortable. ONDA Pro is planned as a series — generally 4 to 6 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, though we map the exact number to your area and goals. We take standardized progress photos and adjust as your result develops. Most patients return to normal activity the same day, including exercise.

The treated area may feel mildly warm or look slightly pink for a short while. Normal activity and exercise — no restrictions.
The lymphatic system clears the disrupted fat while collagen remodeling begins. Skin starts to feel firmer and the contour refines.

What is ONDA Pro?

Does ONDA Pro hurt?
No. You feel a deep, even warmth as the handpiece moves over the area — most patients find it comfortable, even relaxing. There are no needles, no anesthesia, and no incisions.
How is it different from CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting freezes fat (cryolipolysis) and is purely a fat-reduction tool. ONDA Pro uses microwave energy that warms the tissue, so in addition to reducing fat it also targets cellulite and tightens skin in the same treatment. They're different mechanisms for different goals — at your consultation we'll recommend whichever fits your anatomy and what you want to change.
How is it different from radiofrequency skin tightening?
Standard radiofrequency heats more superficially. ONDA's Coolwaves® at 2.45 GHz penetrate more selectively to the fat layer, which is why ONDA can reduce fat as well as tighten. For some patients we pair energy modalities — we'll map that at consultation.
Is ONDA Pro available in the U.S.?
Yes — ONDA Pro entered the U.S. market in April 2026 through its distributor, Cartessa Aesthetics, with FDA clearance for non-invasive body contouring and the improvement of cellulite. At your consultation we'll go over what's realistic for your specific goals.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies by person and by the area we're treating, so we map your exact plan at consultation. As a general guide, most patients see their best results from a series of 4 to 6 sessions, about 20 to 30 minutes each, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. We track standardized photos so you can see the change across the series.
Is there any downtime?
None. The treated area may feel mildly warm or look slightly pink briefly afterward. There are no activity restrictions — most patients go straight back to their day, including the gym.
How much does ONDA Pro cost?
Pricing depends on the area and how many sessions your plan calls for. We map the treatment plan and quote it in writing at consultation, before any treatment begins. No surprise charges.

We screen for all of these at consultation.
