Treatments are scheduled by appointment. Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policies Patients will be informed of these policies at booking.

5. Payment & Pricing

Pricing for treatments is provided at consultation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods identified at the time of service. Reviv Med Spa is a cash-pay practice; we do not bill insurance.

6. Membership Programs

Membership programs (Renew, Reviv, and the Reviv Ritual Club) are governed by their own terms presented at enrollment. Membership fees are non-refundable for elapsed billing cycles. Membership runs month-to-month with no annual commitment unless otherwise noted at enrollment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Patient Photos & Testimonials

Patient before-and-after photos and testimonials displayed on the Site are used with patient consent. Individual results vary; outcomes depicted are not guaranteed for every patient.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
