IVtherapy.
Custom IV vitamin, mineral, and hydration drips — designed to support recovery, hydration, and day-to-day wellness. Administered under medical supervision in a quiet treatment space.
Hydration and nutrients, direct to circulation.
IV drip therapy is the delivery of fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream through a small intravenous catheter. Because the contents bypass digestion, they reach circulation immediately and at concentrations that are not possible by mouth.
At Reviv we use IV therapy as a wellness tool — to support hydration, replete vitamins and minerals, or help patients feel their best around travel, athletic events, or recovery from illness. It is not a substitute for medical care, and we do not make claims that IV vitamin therapy treats specific diseases. The effects we look for are practical: hydration, energy, recovery, comfort.
Sessions take 30 to 60 minutes. You sit in a quiet treatment space, the drip runs, and you go on with your day. Effects of a single session typically last 24 to 72 hours.
Quiet space, careful screening.
IV therapy at Reviv Med Spa in Millbrae is provided under the medical oversight of our Medical Director Dr. Gayle Misle, MD — an anesthesiologist with extensive experience in vascular access and infusion safety. Our wellness protocols are designed thoughtfully rather than reflexively, screened against your individual health picture before any drip is recommended.
Every consultation begins with a screening — current medications, supplements, kidney and heart history, allergies, recent illness, pregnancy status. From there, we recommend a protocol based on your goal and your physiology.
We use custom Reviv-formulated IV protocols with combinations of saline, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, glutathione, and other minerals tuned to specific outcomes. The catheter goes in (a brief pinch — most patients rate it 2–3 out of 10), the infusion runs for 30 to 60 minutes, and you relax. Reviv is intentionally a calm space — we do not run drip "bars" with crowded rooms. You are in a quiet treatment chair under direct supervision the whole time.
Nine protocols, tuned to your goal.
In your consultation we will identify which protocol fits — based on your goals, current medications, and recent labs. Most patients come in for a single drip; some build a protocol over time.

What to know, in four lines.
- 01
IV therapy is a wellness adjunct, not a treatment for specific medical conditions. We do not make claims to treat or cure disease.
- 02
A licensed clinician places every catheter and monitors throughout the infusion. We are intentionally not a crowded drip "bar."
- 03
Effects of a single session typically last 24 to 72 hours. Pair with consistent sleep, nutrition, and hydration for the best follow-through.
- 04
We screen carefully for kidney, heart, thyroid, pregnancy, and electrolyte considerations — and decline or adjust the protocol when indicated.
From your first session, to ongoing wellness.
Brief health check, catheter placement by a licensed clinician (a 2 to 3 out of 10 pinch). You settle in to the treatment chair.
The drip runs while you read, work on a laptop, or simply rest. A clinician monitors throughout. The infusion itself is painless.
Hydration improvements are typically immediate. Subjective shifts in energy or mood vary by protocol, individual, and starting state.
Vitamin and mineral effects build over 24 to 72 hours. Patients pursuing wellness goals build cumulative effect through regular sessions.
What it actually costs.
IV therapy at Reviv is priced per session. Final cost depends on the protocol selected — and we quote your specific drip at consultation, before any catheter goes in. Reviv membership members receive 10% off IV therapy.

What people say about Reviv.
The whole team takes their time. No upselling, no pressure — just a thoughtful plan and beautiful results. The space itself feels like a sanctuary.
I've tried four other med spas in the Bay Area. Reviv is the only one where I feel genuinely listened to. Worth the drive from the city.
Conservative, honest, and skilled. They told me I didn't need half of what I was considering — and the things they did do were perfect.

How long does an IV drip session take at Reviv?
Most drips take 30 to 60 minutes once the IV is placed. The actual placement is brief — a small pinch — and then you relax in a treatment chair while the infusion runs. We recommend setting aside about an hour total.
Will I feel a difference right away?
Many patients report feeling more hydrated and clear-headed within hours. Effects on energy, recovery, or wellness markers vary by individual and by protocol. IV therapy is best understood as a way to support hydration and nutrient repletion, not as a treatment for any specific medical condition.
How much does IV therapy cost?
Pricing is per session and depends on the protocol. We will quote your specific drip at consultation. Reviv membership members receive 10% off IV therapy.
Does the IV hurt?
Most patients describe the catheter placement as a brief 2–3 out of 10 pinch. After placement, the infusion itself is painless — most people read, work on a laptop, or rest.
Is there downtime?
No. You can drive home and return to your day immediately. We recommend hydrating well for the rest of the day.
How often can I get IV therapy?
Frequency depends on the protocol and your individual health picture. Some patients come monthly for general wellness; others use single drips around travel, athletic events, or recovery from illness. We will recommend a cadence based on your goals at consultation.
Who supervises my IV?
IV therapy at Reviv is provided under the medical oversight of our Medical Director, Dr. Gayle Misle, MD — an anesthesiologist with extensive experience in vascular access and infusion safety. A licensed clinician places the catheter and monitors you throughout.
How soon will I feel the effects?
Hydration improvements are typically immediate. Vitamin and mineral effects build over the 24 to 72 hours after the drip. We recommend pairing IV therapy with consistent sleep, nutrition, and hydration for the best result.
Are there side effects?
Most patients tolerate IV therapy well. Possible side effects include mild bruising at the catheter site, transient lightheadedness if you came in dehydrated, or — rarely — a vein-related reaction. We screen carefully and monitor throughout.
Who should not get IV therapy?
IV therapy is not appropriate for patients with renal insufficiency, congestive heart failure, certain electrolyte imbalances, or some pregnancy contexts. We screen at consultation and adjust or decline protocols when indicated.
