Custom IV protocols under medical oversight — supports recovery, hydration, and day-to-day wellness without disease claims.
Medically Supervised Weight Loss
Compounded semaglutide with screening, dosing, and monthly follow-up. Designed for patients ready to do the work alongside the medication.
PRP + Exosome Hair Restoration
Sylfirm X RF microneedling + autologous PRP + Benev exosomes for thinning and pattern hair loss. Gradual results over 3-6 months.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Mild HBOT (1.3-1.5 ATA) framed honestly as a wellness adjunct. Distinct from medical-grade HBOT for FDA-approved indications.

Wellness in many med spas is a marketing afterthought — IV drips with vague claims, weight-loss programs run without screening, hyperbaric framed as a cure. Our wellness vertical is intentionally different. Each treatment has a medical oversight layer, screens for contraindications, and is communicated honestly: what it can support and what it cannot.
Each program in this vertical is screened against contraindications, dosed conservatively, and followed up on cadence — under Dr. Misle's medical direction. We don't do drive-through wellness.
